Can you use my existing frames?
That’s the idea. We first check their condition, construction and suitability for new lenses. Fragile, damaged or unusual frames may not be suitable.
Can I get my lenses while I wait?
While-you-wait fitting depends on stock, your prescription, frame suitability and the work required. We’ll confirm the expected timeframe before you place an order.
What about progressive or bifocal lenses?
These need your prescription and individual fitting measurements. They may require a special order. We’ll check the options and give you a confirmed price and timeframe.
Can you replace non-prescription sunglass lenses?
Yes, that is part of our planned range. Options depend on the shape, curve and construction of your sunglasses. We’ll check what is suitable for your frames.
Do I need a prescription?
For prescription replacements, bring a copy of your prescription. We’ll confirm any other information and fitting measurements needed. The lens guide on this website does not determine your prescription.
What if you don’t have my lenses in stock?
We’ll check special-order options, the cost and the expected arrival time. We’ll also confirm whether you can keep wearing your glasses while you wait.
